Free session
Before you can book one-to-one lessons or join a group, it is necessary to book a free session so that the teacher can assess your speaking skills and give you feedback.
You will also have the chance to discuss your goals, set objectives or learn more about the group classes.
Cancellation policy and method of payment
If you would like to book lessons after the free session, payment must be made in advance.
If you have booked an individual lesson or bought one package, you can reschedule a class if you contact the teacher at least 24 hours before the class. If not, the lesson cannot be made up.
If you have joined a group and you are absent, you can neither reschedule nor ask for a refund.
You can pay for lessons with cryptocurrencies (USDT), by Paypal or by bank trasfer (we accept USD (only ACH), EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, NZD, HUF, SGD and TRY).
